Today we are sharing a sneak peek of a 40th Birthday Bash designed and coordinated by Events by L.
It was a very fun and festive event to celebrate Brian’s 40th on the couple’s private farm residence in Bull Valley, IL.
We had so much fun creating the design for this venue which featured various lounge and seating areas throughout, three bar spaces, a barn turned club area, and yard games, as well as creating customized signage, and coordinating for this event, we couldn’t wait to get back the professional pictures to share with you.
It was a great celebration and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 
Upon our initial meeting with the clients the residence there was no question we would be using a gift wagon, rather than a gift table. This rustic, vintage, wagon we found was the perfect choice for the job.
Here’s one of the custom bar menus that Events by L created for this birthday party (many more to come).
Since the venue had two bar areas featuring a wide variety of beverage selections, as well as two signature cocktails, it was important to us to have a menu present so that the bartenders would not be tied up listing off the different choices, but were able to keep busy serving drinks.
We knew it was going to be a very hot and humid Illinois day and the canoe beer/water tub was just perfect for guests to grab a cold one of their choice freely. We had several galvanized tubs full of ice and beverages scattered around the various party areas we had created so that guests could remain hydrated throughout the day.
